Chuck Carr Elected Director of Communications
Company founder and president, Chuck Carr was recently elected to the position of Director of Communications on the State Board of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA). CLCA is a non-profit trade association comprised of licensed landscape and irrigation contractors and their suppliers. Statewide membership is approximately 3,200. In his two year term, Chuck will also serve as publisher of California Landscaping Magazine and oversee the Association's website, marketing and public relations activities.

HGTV'S URBAN OUTSIDERS
HGTV recently put Urban Outsiders back on their schedule. It's current time slot is Friday mornings at 7:00 a.m. The show, hosted by British Garden Designer Matt James, used the services of Carr Landscape Management to build a total of thirteen gardens during the Los Angeles episodes. Chuck and his crews are long time HGTV veterans having made several appearances on "Landscapers Challenge", "Ground Rules" and "Designing for the Sexes". In addition, the company was featured in an episode of "Movie and a Makeover" on TBS Superstation.
